Full instructions

1. Send an email to app-support@nowli.co with:

   • Subject: Delete my Social Conduit data

   • Body: your Instagram @username and (optional) the email you used in the app

2. We’ll verify ownership (reply if we need any quick confirmation).

3. What we delete

   • Instagram access tokens

   • Cached media timestamps

   • Derived streak stats and posting dates

   • Account row linking your IG user ID to Social Conduit

4. Timeline

   • We acknowledge your request within 3 business days

   • We complete deletion within 30 days (usually faster)

   • You’ll receive a final confirmation email when done

5. Optional immediate stop

   • You can also revoke Social Conduit in Instagram/Facebook app settings to immediately stop any further access while your deletion is processed.
