Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Social Conduit (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1) Who we are

2) Use of the Service

  • You must have a Professional (Business/Creator) IG account linked to a Facebook Page.

  • You authorize us to access your account data via Instagram Graph API solely to provide the Service.

  • You must comply with all Meta terms and applicable laws.


3) Accounts & security

You’re responsible for your device, credentials, and activities under your account. Notify us of suspected misuse.

4) License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely to view your own streaks.

5) Beta / availability

The Service may change, pause, or stop at any time. Features can be added or removed without notice.

6) Prohibited uses

No scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or attempting to access others’ data. Don’t use the Service to violate Meta policies or applicable law.

7) Ownership

We own the Service and all related IP. You own your content and data.

8) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms and describes how we handle data.

9) Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT CHANGES IN META/APIs WON’T AFFECT OPERATION.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL/DATA; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OFTEN €0).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS—IN THOSE PLACES, WE LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

11) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims or losses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

12) Changes to the Service/Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (e.g., for misuse, legal risk, or API changes). On termination, your license ends and we may delete data per the Privacy Policy.

14) Dispute resolution; class-action waiver (where allowed)

Informal resolution first. Contact us at app-support@nowli.co.
Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized provider (e.g., ICC/VIAC/JAMS). No class or representative actions. If arbitration/waiver is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Slovakia, and you consent to that venue. Governing law: Slovak law, excluding conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections still apply.

15) Severability & entire agreement

If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
